CloudServe maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal activity, abusive behaviour, malicious usage, and wrongful use of our infrastructure, services, networks, and systems.
This policy exists to protect CloudServe infrastructure, customers, partners, network providers, and the wider internet community.
By using CloudServe services, you agree to comply fully with this policy.
CloudServe strictly prohibits the use of its services for any unlawful, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, malicious, or unethical activity.
Any customer found engaging in prohibited activity may face:
Immediate account suspension
Service termination
Permanent bans
Data removal
Reporting to authorities
Legal action where applicable
CloudServe reserves the right to act immediately without prior notice where security, legal, or infrastructure risks are identified.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on all CloudServe services and infrastructure:

Ransomware activity
Hacking attempts
Unauthorised access
Credential theft
Exploit hosting
Cyber attacks
Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
Botnet activity
Illegal file distribution
Copyright infringement
Terrorist content
Child exploitation material
Human trafficking content
Harassment or stalking
Illegal drug marketplaces
Weapon trafficking
Money laundering
Cryptocurrency fraud
Carding activity
Illegal gambling operations
Fake websites impersonating businesses or individuals
Any suspected illegal activity may be investigated and reported immediately.
CloudServe strictly prohibits phishing or deceptive content including:
Fake banking websites
Login credential theft pages
Fake payment portals
Brand impersonation
Fraudulent online stores
Scam websites
Cryptocurrency scams
Fake investment schemes
Accounts involved in phishing or fraud will be suspended immediately and reported to relevant authorities and providers.
Customers may not host, distribute, or operate:
Malware
Viruses
Trojans
Spyware
Keyloggers
Botnets
Remote access malware
Exploit kits
Ransomware
Malicious scripts
CloudServe actively monitors abuse reports and security threats.
Customers must not:
Attempt unauthorised access
Exploit vulnerabilities
Perform brute-force attacks
Conduct malicious scanning
Interfere with systems or networks
Access data without permission
Security testing is only permitted with explicit written authorisation.
CloudServe prohibits:
Spam campaigns
Unsolicited bulk email
Purchased mailing lists
Email spoofing
Blacklist-generating activity
Mass unsolicited marketing
Malicious attachments
Email abuse may result in immediate suspension without warning.
Customers may not:
Launch DDoS attacks
Amplify traffic attacks
Operate attack infrastructure
Abuse network resources
Interfere with internet services
Disrupt infrastructure operations
CloudServe may null-route or suspend abusive traffic immediately.
Hosting, storing, or distributing illegal content is strictly prohibited.
This includes but is not limited to:
Child exploitation material
Terrorist content
Illegal pornography
Pirated software
Stolen databases
Fraud documents
Illegal streaming services
Counterfeit goods marketplaces
CloudServe will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations relating to illegal content.
Customers must not:
Distribute pirated software
Host copyrighted material without permission
Operate illegal streaming services
Share copyrighted media unlawfully
CloudServe may remove infringing content and suspend services following valid complaints or investigations.
CloudServe services must not be used for:
Cryptocurrency fraud
Wallet theft
Scam tokens
Fraudulent exchanges
Ponzi schemes
Unauthorised mining on shared infrastructure
Mining operations are prohibited on shared hosting services.
CloudServe may suspend services that:
Are compromised
Spread malware
Participate in attacks
Pose security risks
Threaten infrastructure stability
Customers are responsible for securing their applications and accounts.
CloudServe cooperates with:
Law enforcement agencies
Cybersecurity organisations
Fraud prevention networks
Infrastructure providers
Regulatory authorities
Illegal or harmful activity may be reported without notice where legally required or necessary to protect infrastructure and users.
CloudServe may monitor:
Network traffic
Server activity
Login attempts
Abuse reports
Security events
Infrastructure logs
Monitoring is conducted for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, and operational purposes.
CloudServe reserves the right to investigate:
Complaints
Abuse reports
Security incidents
Fraud alerts
Suspicious activity
Customers may be required to provide information or cooperate with investigations.
Failure to cooperate may result in suspension or termination.
CloudServe may immediately suspend or terminate services without warning where:
Illegal activity is suspected
Infrastructure is threatened
Abuse complaints are validated
Security risks exist
Network providers request action
Law enforcement requests intervention
CloudServe may preserve logs, files, or account data where necessary for:
Legal investigations
Security analysis
Fraud prevention
Law enforcement cooperation
CloudServe may disclose information where required by law or lawful requests.
Customers are fully responsible for:
All activity occurring under their account
Securing credentials
Monitoring hosted content
Preventing compromise or abuse
Failure to secure accounts does not exempt customers from responsibility.
Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of this policy are generally not eligible for refunds.
CloudServe reserves the right to recover costs resulting from abuse, blacklisting, attacks, investigations, or provider penalties.
CloudServe reserves the right to pursue legal action where customer activity:
Causes damages
Creates financial loss
Harms infrastructure reputation
Violates laws or regulations
Impacts third parties
CloudServe reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication.
