Welcome to CloudServe. By using our services, website, hosting platforms, or purchasing any products or services from CloudServe, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
“CloudServe”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to CloudServe and its associated services.
“Client”, “customer”, or “user” refers to any person or business using CloudServe services.
“Services” refers to hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration, web services, support, software, and related infrastructure provided by CloudServe.
By purchasing or using any CloudServe service, you agree to:
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Use services responsibly and legally
Not misuse or abuse our infrastructure
Maintain accurate account information
Keep login credentials secure
CloudServe reserves the right to suspend or terminate services that violate these terms.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Illegal activity
Phishing websites
Malware distribution
Spam or bulk email abuse
Copyright infringement
Unauthorized access attempts
Cryptocurrency mining without permission
DDoS attacks or abusive traffic
Hosting harmful or malicious content
Adult or illegal content where prohibited by law
CloudServe may suspend services immediately without prior notice if abuse is detected.
Shared hosting services are provided on a shared-resource environment.
Clients must not:
Excessively consume server resources
Run abusive scripts
Host applications that negatively affect server performance
Use shared hosting for large file storage unrelated to website operations
CloudServe may limit, suspend, or request upgrades for accounts impacting server stability.
Clients are fully responsible for software, configuration, and security on unmanaged VPS or dedicated servers.
CloudServe is not responsible for:
Data loss
Security breaches caused by insecure software
User configuration errors
Third-party software failures
Managed support only applies where explicitly included in the purchased service.
Domain registrations are subject to registry availability and third-party registrar policies.
CloudServe cannot guarantee:
Domain availability
Successful registration
Renewal acceptance after expiration
Clients are responsible for ensuring domain renewal before expiry.
All services are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Invoices must be paid by the due date shown in the client area.
Failure to pay may result in:
Service suspension
Service termination
Late fees
Data deletion
CloudServe reserves the right to suspend unpaid services without notice.
Refund eligibility depends on the purchased service.
The following are generally non-refundable:
Domain registrations
Software licenses
VPS services
Dedicated servers
Setup fees
Custom development work
Refund requests must be submitted through the client area.
CloudServe may suspend or terminate services for:
Non-payment
Abuse reports
Security threats
Breach of these Terms
Illegal activity
Termination may result in permanent deletion of data.
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups.
While CloudServe may provide backups, clients remain fully responsible for maintaining their own copies of all data.
CloudServe does not guarantee:
Backup availability
Backup integrity
Backup restoration success
Clients should maintain independent backups at all times.
CloudServe aims to provide high service uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Scheduled maintenance, hardware failures, software issues, attacks, or upstream provider failures may occasionally impact availability.
CloudServe is not liable for losses caused by downtime.
Support is provided through the CloudServe client area and designated support channels.
Support does not include:
Custom software development
Third-party coding
Extensive website debugging
Unsupported applications
Support response times are not guaranteed unless covered by a specific SLA agreement.
Unlimited services are subject to fair usage policies.
Clients must not use services in a manner that:
Degrades shared infrastructure
Affects other customers
Causes excessive CPU, RAM, disk, or network usage
CloudServe reserves the right to limit or suspend excessive resource usage.
Clients are responsible for:
Keeping passwords secure
Updating applications
Securing websites
Removing compromised scripts
CloudServe may suspend insecure services that threaten infrastructure stability or security.
CloudServe shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits
Loss of business
Data loss
Indirect damages
Service interruptions
Third-party failures
Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service during the previous billing period.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless CloudServe from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of services or violations of these Terms.
CloudServe reserves the right to:
Modify services
Change pricing
Upgrade infrastructure
Adjust policies
Discontinue services
Reasonable notice will be provided where possible.
The registered account holder is considered the legal owner of the account and associated services.
CloudServe may require verification before making ownership or security changes.
Client data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
CloudServe will not intentionally disclose private customer information except where required by law or necessary for service operation.
CloudServe shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters
Network outages
Government actions
Cyber attacks
Power failures
Provider outages
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales.
